Karina Hellbert is an attorney-at-law at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law and head of the firm´s Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Law department. She graduated from the University of Innsbruck with a Dr. rer. nat. in 1999 and a Dr. iur. in 2002 and passed the Pallas Programm - University of Nijmegen (LL.M. 2000). 2007 she was admitted in Austria.
Before joining Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law Karina Hellbert was an associate with Covington & Burling Lawyers (2001 - 04/2004).
Since September 2011 she is also an asscociate professor at the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Krems, Austria.
Karina Hellbert specializes in the areas of pharmaceutical law, medical devices, intellectual property law, patent litigation, data protection, unfair competition law, licensing, custom matters, IT, product liability and food law.
