Thomas Starlinger is an attorney-at-law (admitted in Austria) at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law and head of the firm´s energy law department. He graduated from the University of Vienna School of Law with a Dr.iur. in 1982. Before joining Fiebinger Polak leon Attorneys-at-Law he first worked at the Administrative Court (1983-1984) and the Procurator Fiscal (1984-1986). Afterwards he was in-house counsel with OMV AG from 1986 to 2001 and head of legal department at OMV Erdgas GmbH (now OMV Gas GmbH) from 2001 to 2002. From 2003 to 2007 Thomas was Chief Executive Officer AGGM Austrian Gas Grid Management AG and was also Head of Legal Committee of the Association of Gas- and District Heating Supply Companies (2004-2007).
Thomas Starlinger is author of numerous publications in the field of energy law and has extensive expertise in the areas of energy law, oil & gas law, administrative law, general contract and corporate law.
