Bert Ortner is a partner of Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law and head of the firm´s Employment Law department. He graduated from the University of Vienna School of Law with a Mag.iur. in 1989 and obtained a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence from the New York University in 1994. Bert Ortner was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995 and to the Austrian Bar in 1996 and is also a Certified Court Interpreter for the English Language. Bert Ortner has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, litigation, banking law and labour law.
MEMBERSHIPS: New York State Bar Association.
