Constantin Kletzer is a partner of Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law and head of the firm´s Intellectual Property department. He graduated from the University of Vienna School of Law with a Mag. iur. in 1996 and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2003. Before joining Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law he worked as an associate for Weiss-Tessbach Attorneys-at-Law in Vienna (1999-2000).
He is specialised in patent law, trademark law, copyright and design law, product piracy, unfair competition law, licensing and publishing agreements and is handling related litigation. He is also active in pharmaceutical regulatory issues in general advice and litigation and is experienced in giving general strategic advice in IP matters and IP portfolio management. Constantin Kletzer is author of numerous publications in the field of IP and IT law.
