Mark Rammelmüller is an attorney-at-law with Polak & Partners. He studied law at the University of Vienna, at the University of Turku and at Åbo Akademi (both in Finland). In 2015 he was admitted in Austria.

 

He then began his professional career at PwC and Witt & Partner before he joined Polak & Partners for the first time, first as an associate and from 2015 as an attorney-at-law. He then worked with Emberger Molzbichler. In July 2020 Mark Rammelmüller returned to Polak & Partners.

 

His legal practice concentrates on civil commercial litigation and on the representation of SME’s and start-up companies. He also advises and represents in matters of inheritance and company succession.
