Return from the ‘Land of Smiles’: Following one year in China, Dr. Markus Moser (30) returns to Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law to strengthen the firm as a lawyer.
Markus Moser studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Amsterdam. From 2011 to 2012, he gained his first taste of life at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law as an associate. Before joining the law firm, he had gained practical work experience in Austria, China and the USA.
From 2012 to 2013, Markus Moser was a postgraduate and research assistant at the renowned University of Hong Kong - one of Asia’s leading universities - where he studied the intricacies of international arbitration and Chinese law. In July 2013, after his return from China, Markus Moser was admitted as a lawyer in Austria. He has now strengthened the team at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law not only as an expert in international arbi-tration, corporate law and M&A transactions, but also in terms of the expertise he gained in Asia, which will support the development of the law firm’s relations in China.
