Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law – “Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year – Central Europe”

Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law is the only Austrian law firm to be recognised by the British ACQ Magazine in its annual presentation of Global Awards.

The prestigious ACQ Global Awards, presented to the world’s leading law firms and consulting companies from various branches, are now in their seventh year. The recipients of the awards are nominated by the magazine’s readers before ultimately being chosen by an expert jury. The IP team at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law regularly advises national and international companies on all matters relating to intellectual property rights, from trademark and copyright protection to patent procedures to combating product piracy. Protecting clients from unfair competitive practices is also among the firm’s core activities.

“We are particularly proud to have received this award, as it reflects the exceptional competence of our team beyond the borders of Austria. We have been supporting numerous clients with regard to intellectual property and competition law, in particular patent and trademark law, for many years now and this award reaffirms that we are on the right path,” said a delighted Constantin Kletzer, Head of Intellectual Property at Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law.

ACQ Magazine is one of the leading English monthly magazines dedicated to law with an international readership and over 31,000 subscribers. The reporting focuses on providing a market overview of the biggest deals and international transactions around the world.
