Milestone for Prinzhorn-Holding: Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys at Law advise Prinzhorn Group in decisive step into Turkish market.
Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys at Law (under the direction of Bert Ortner) have advised Dunapack Packaging, part of the Prinzhorn Group, in the purchase of 100% of the com-pany shares of Turkish paper and cardboard packaging manufacturer Dentas Ambalaj ve Kağıt A.Ş. from Abalıoğlu Holding.
Dentas Ambalaj ve Kağıt A.Ş. is the fourth largest Turkish manufacturer of corrugated cardboard, with three production facilities in Denizli, Çorlu and Adana. The purchase repre-sents a milestone in the history of the Prinzhorn Group: not only has the group taken its first step into the future market of Turkey, but in completing the acquisition the company has also boosted its sales volume of corrugated cardboard packaging to 1.4 billion m2, which equates to an increase of 33%.

This is now the third large transaction that the Vienna-based attorneys of Fiebinger Polak Leon have completed in Turkey over the last two years; for the expanding Prinzhorn Group it represents the fourth acquisition that has been concluded by Fiebinger Polak Leon.
