Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law advises Prinzhorn Holding in the acquisition of Mondi Frohnleiten GmbH of the Mondi Group.
Rudolf Fiebinger, Bert Ortner, Christian Mayer and Philipp Wörndle of the Viennese law firm Fiebinger Polak Leon Attorneys-at-Law (FPLP) have successfully advised Prinzhorn Holding in its takeover of Mondi Frohnleiten GmbH.
The contract for the takeover of the facility with around 100 employees and its own hydroelectric station was negotiated within a week.
Approval of the competition authority is required before the acquisition may be completed. Both parties agreed that all further details concerning the acquisition would remain confidential.
“This transaction demanded efficient and practise-oriented consultancy. We are happy to have been able to support our client in this takeover,” said Rudolf Fiebinger and Bert Ortner, the two FPLP Partners directly involved in this deal.
